Choose the type of employee you are below to access your SmartPay Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and videos. You can view them directly on your mobile or download and save for later.
Before you can use the new SmartPay apps, you must have:
- Set up your Sodexo account by updating your first-time password, and
- Set up MFA with Okta (not applicable to Agency personnel), and
- Been advised that you are now able to login.

What does this mean for me?
- If you are a current user, then this won’t affect you unless you reactivate or reinstall the app or install it on a new device. In this event, you will need to refer to the updated QRG as the activation steps have changed – click here.
- If you are a new user, you will need to ensure you are referring to the latest QRG for setup instructions – click here.
