Sodexo 2026 Workplace Gender Equality Report
Sodexo Australia has lodged its annual Workplace Gender Equality Report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) as of 24 June 2026, in line with our obligations under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012
WGEA reporting provides a workplace profile of our organisation and helps us measure progress on gender equality, including workforce composition, leadership representation, remuneration, and the policies and actions we have in place to support equity.
At Sodexo, we remain committed to gender balance and equity, and to creating a workplace where everyone can belong, thrive and progress.
Employees are invited to review Sodexo’s 2026 WGEA report and provide any comments for inclusion before 20 July 2026.
