For Stacey Lovett, Accommodation and Administration Supervisor at Carmichael Camp 6, that support helped her settle in quickly, build confidence and grow her career.

In our latest Belong Together story, Stacey shares how welcoming teammates, practical training and leaders who encouraged her to keep learning made a real difference from day one.

She also talks about the role her Aboriginal culture plays in how she works with others. Respect, teamwork and caring for people are values she brings to work every day, and she says working alongside people from different backgrounds has helped her grow both personally and professionally.
