Raising a concern or complaint
At Sodexo, we encourage our team members to speak up when something isn’t right.
This can mean unethical, illegal, fraudulent activity, or unacceptable behaviours. Bullying, discrimination, victimisation, harassment, and sexual misconduct, have no place in our workplace. We take a zero-tolerance approach to these serious matters.
If you believe you, or someone else, whether it’s from a teammate, supervisor, customer, or anyone in the workplace is facing such situations, please reach out.
• speak with the person in question, if you feel comfortable or safe doing so
• discuss the issue with your manager, or a more senior leader
• contact HR Advisory at 1 800 SODEXO (763 396) or email [email protected]
• call Speak Up at 1-300-954-642 or https://sodexo.speakuptrust.com/
The freedom to raise concerns is a key component of our Responsible Business Conduct culture where we are empowered to do the right thing. Check the Sodexo code of conduct for guidance.
All reports will be treated seriously and confidentially to the fullest extent possible.
