In Australia, some qualifications are offered as both on-the-job traineeships and stand-alone external training courses. Depending on eligibility, Sodexo may consider a particular course to suit your professional development and career aspirations while advising on which pathway best suits your unique development journey.

Each application is assessed individually, with cost and delivery details negotiated with Management.

• Current or future job role alignment to all course competencies
• Operational endorsement
