Talent Spotters is our employee referral program making it easy to recommend great job candidates. Our success relies on our great people – and our employees are our best ambassadors!
By referring someone, you can help out a friend or family member and also earn yourself a reward of up to $4,000 for a successful top referral!
The referral process is completed and managed online through our Recognise Me portal
Step 1: Log in to the Recognise Me portal using your Sodexo credentials or personal email address and password you have set up.
Step 2: Once you’re in, click the Talent Spotter Tab along the top menu > select Referral Form
Step 3: Fill out the short form and Submit! *fields marked with an asterisk must be completed*
