Proudly announcing the graduation of another Sodexo Apprentice! Loreto Mandeville Hall, Toorak, Victoria
Leanne Haythorpe commenced working with Sodexo Australia in 2008, in various catering and function coordinating roles. While gathering significant experience at a number of sites in Victoria, Leanne developed her skills in commercial cookery and expressed interest in an Australian Apprenticeship.
In 2012, with the full support of Site Management and Operations, Leanne embarked on a three year Cert III Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship. Workplace training and skills development was gained at Loreto Mandeville Hall in Melbourne, under the expert guidance of Head Chef Kam Chhuth. Theoretical skill development and assessment was undertaken at William Angliss Institute.
It is with great pride, that we announce Leanne’s successful completion, and award as trade qualified Chef.
