These team members now hold a nationally accredited qualification  – a testament to their hard work and commitment to continued professional development. Competencies were assessed on the job, under the supervision of Mata Chambers and Marcia Da Silva.  The Certificate III is a development pathway into other training, across a number of roles.  Well done team Karratha!
