The previous Employee Referral Process will be replaced by the Talent Finder Employee Referral Program effective 2nd December 2019. All new referrals must be submitted through the Talent Finder Online Referral Form and meet the outlined criteria to be considered reward eligible.
If you have referred someone before 2nd December 2019 please follow the previous reward claim process, you can find the form here. Please note that the previous process only applies for candidates who commenced work with Sodexo before 1st February 2020 and all rewards must be claimed before 1st March 2021.
If you have recently referred someone through other channels, we highly recommend submitting the referral details again through the Talent Finder Online Referral Form to ensure you receive a reward through the new process.
