Audits at West Angelas – ISO and Food safe audit
Over the past two months, West Angelas catering team has undergone two external audits. The first audit came unannounced on the 6th March 2015 which was from “FoodSafe”. The second audit was the triennial ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) audit. This was however announced and was conducted on the 8th April 2015.
Overall the catering department faired extremely well and went beyond their call to showcase “Service spirit, Team spirit and Spirit of Progress”.
Special mention to Craig Poole (Catering Manager) , Phil Franklin (Head Chef/Relief Catering Manager) and Steven Cannell for their effort, dedication and the hard-work they have put in over the previous months, ensuring no chance of receiving a non-conformance/discrepancy in the audits conducted.
