Raising a concern or complaint

At Sodexo, we encourage our team members to speak up when something isn’t right.

Unacceptable behaviours such as bullying, discrimination, victimisation, harassment, and sexual misconduct, have no place in our workplace. We take a zero tolerance approach to these serious matters.

If you believe you, or someone else, is facing such situations, whether it’s from a teammate, supervisor, customer, or anyone at the workplace, please reach out.

• speak with the person in question, if you feel comfortable or safe doing so
• discuss the issue with your manager, or a more senior leader
