2019 IWD Celebrating Balance for Better

At Sodexo, we firmly believe in ‘Balance for Better’

This International Women’s Day (IWD), and every day, we are working to move the needle towards gender balance. This includes initiatives supporting a culture of inclusion through flexibility, our SoTogether gender network, talent management, mentoring and development, Spirit of Inclusion training, and raising awareness through campaigns and IWD celebrations in our sites and offices around the world.

The Sodexo Team on Shell Prelude celebrated the International Women’s Day with everyone on board the facility. Toolbox was conducted with the team and everyone discussed on the benefits of having gender balance in our workplace, share what gender balance means to each team members and our role in supporting gender balance.
