Jamaican theme dinner at Moranbah village
Chef Michelle Varady and the catering team at Moranbah village got creative with another amazing theme night dinner. Residents enjoyed the flavours, spices and influence of Jamaica with popular dishes such as Akee fish fritters, Jamaican patties, Jamaican dirty rice,beans, fried foods, curries, and of course jerk chicken!
Dinner wouldn’t be complete without a plethora of dessert; coconut sweets, cupcakes and lots of fresh tropical fruit. The team pulled together another amazing dinner to delight and connect with our customers. Well done team!
