Anzac Day is a time for the community to come together to remember and recognise the service and sacrifice of members of the Australian Defence Force. Originally a commemoration of the landing of Australian and New Zealand forces on Gallipoli on 25 April 1915, Anzac Day is a public expression of gratitude and reflection resonates to the present day.
Around the country, local Sodexo teams took part in the annual Anzac Day Service in respective communities, coming together to pay tribute to and remember those who have served.
In Roebourne for the second year, Sodexo was represented by the leadership team and our employees who were all in attendance. A Gun Fire breakfast was put on at the JM Building in Wickham for all community members. ~ Luke Lilburn, IFMS Operations Manager Coastal & Pannawonica
