IFMS Better Together Manager’s Induction
This week the Coastal team completed the Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) Better Together Manager’s Induction
Over 2 interactive workshop days, the Management team learnt about Sodexo’s systems, processes, core values and expected behaviours. The framework for the training was Sodexo’s bespoke “Focus on Five” manager’s framework for customer service excellence.
The program focusses on engaging managers through focussing on five simple and effective world class leadership and management principles and practices that can be employed to immediate effect.
Attendees to the workshop deemed it a huge success:

It was a great start and enjoyed by all that took part. All IFMS people managers will ultimately attend this engaging workshop, setting the contract up for success over the next 10 years.
The initial two day workshop is supported by a larger strategy to embed the learning through mentoring and coaching practices on site.
