Sodexo receives atWork Australia 2016 Indigenous Employer Award
Sodexo was recently awarded the 2016 Employer Award Indigenous Employer by atWork Australia.
The “An Evening By the River” Awards event was an opportunity for atWork Australia to acknowledge and thank the companies they have partnered with over the past year. The Indigenous Employer award highlights the significant contribution Sodexo has made in providing employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians through the Australian Government’s VTEC program.
This employer has the vision to provide quality learning and real opportunities within a culturally safe environment, and to-date has employed 27 Indigenous job seekers in their food services operations to the Mining, Oil & Gas sector via the atWork Australia VTEC. Congratulations Sodexo!
