Recognition for outstanding service
I recently caught up with Tyler Levins, IS&T Level 1 Support located in our Regional Support Centre in Perth, to hear more about the reward for outstanding service he received last week.
How long have you been working for Sodexo?
I’ve been working part time for Sodexo for six months, as I’m studying a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Business Information Technology.
What did you receive your reward for last week?
Our CEO, Johnpaul Dimech phoned the Helpdesk with a problem relating to his email, which I helped him fix.
Johnpaul must have been pretty impressed with your work to nominate you for a reward!
I was pretty shocked, I didn’t expect it at all. Working in Helpdesk the team is always working to help people every day, that’s what we do. It’s great for motivation when you’re recognised for doing a good job.
