Client recognition awarded to ENSCO 5006 Catering Team
Ensco 5006 client, INPEX, showed their appreciation to the Sodexo catering team for their hard work and great service. The catering team plays a pivotal role in the quality of life onboard the off-shore rig, providing delicious and healthy meals with friendly service.
Night chef Kachin “Billy” Sittiyos, was recognised for his attention to special dietary requirements in catering to personnel with specific needs and preferences. He was praised for being an “outstanding cook” and for going above and beyond in preparing delicious meals with constant variation in the menus. The catering team was also awarded for their efforts in producing the Christmas day lunch and midnight buffet meals. The gourmet buffet was beautifully presently with fresh seafood, salads, fruit and sweets.
